We are still seeing intermittent Xero connection errors as Xero recovers from this AWS outage. Our RPS service is back online, the Autotask to Xero sync is still offline at this time, however we anticipate that will become fully available within the next two hours.
This incident affected: Autotask to Xero (My Accounting Toolbox), Cloud Depot Web App (platform.clouddepot.com), Recurring Payment Service, and HostedPay.
